Timor-Leste Hospotality Program

Over the last six weeks, our participants from Timor-Leste immersed themselves in the world of hospitality. 

The program consisted of 1 week of orientation and intensive training. This was followed by 5 weeks of work placements at McDonald's and Hanuman, Darwin, and continuation of training including observing hospitality training delivery and class participation.

Throughout the program, they gained essential skills in:
✅ Food safety & supervision
✅ Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
✅ Barista and coffee making

This program was organised by the Rotary Club of Darwin and the participants were hosted by Rotarian Ray Fauntleroy.
